Our luxury gym just a few miles outside Cambridge will make working out a pleasure. The state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment includes Insignia series treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines that provide an on-demand virtual instructor lead training programme, and fitness tracking through your Halo training integration, as well as compatibility with Apple and Samsung Watches.

Our cable resistance machines and sectorised equipment allows you to push, pull and press any part of the body at minimal injury risk from a comfortable position.

The Strength & Conditioning area offers a contemporary layout with Hammer Strength Elite Half Racks with several specialist bars and plate-loaded machines. We also hold a large selection of dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. Whether you are a professional athlete or a fitness enthusiast, you can work with our Personal Trainers to create bespoke, goal-focused programmes or maximise your workout with a custom circuit, or work with one of our Performance Coaches to create a peak performance programme targeted at a specific sport or event.

Have the ultimate training programme and workout led by one of our specialist personal trainers, or world class performance coaches. Whether this is your first time exercising or you are a professional sportsperson our instructors will provide you with a bespoke goal-focussed programme both on site or online. Through our online training platform, you will be able to access sessions set by your trainer or coach, track your progress and request specific advice, as well as view video demonstrations of all exercises in your programme.
